Parmesan and Crab Dip
Ingredients

300g crab meat, drained and flaked
220g Anchor Cream Cheese, softened
235g mayonnaise
150g Anchor Parmesan Grated Cheese
230g sour cream
1 lemon, zest and juice
4 cloves garlic, chopped

 
Method

Pre heat oven to 175°C.
 
Mix all ingredients in a small baking dish.

Bake uncovered in oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve hot or cold.


Tip :
Serve with savoury crackers or vegetable sticks.

Variation :
Add herbs or chilli.
